Founder
Elison
Morban
Founder and CEO, artist, product manager
Elison is an artist first. At 18 he was on a stage on La Banda, cameras rolling, people watching. After that he kept writing songs behind the scenes, moved to Miami, and never stopped making things. The ideas kept coming faster than one outlet could hold, so he started building companies to give them somewhere to live.
To him, developing is a lot like singing: you create the same way you do when people are watching. You feel the room, hear what isn't working, and go again until it lands. That's why he loves building systems: the workflow, the boundaries, the parts nobody sees. It's also why he works as a product manager. He owns the strategy, the architecture and the acceptance criteria, then tests every release end to end until it actually works.
